The Days After…

I am completing my 4th day after my strict 5 day RESET.   The plan is for me to continue with the low-glycemic diet for another 3 weeks and to eat only when I am hungry.  I usually try to eat every 3 hours, regrdless of hunger but on this plan I am getting hungry every 2-3 hours.  I think that is about right.  My weight is stable, I have no goal to lose anymore at this stage, but I will see what happens over the next few weeks.  I am increasing my workouts and incorporating some golf specific exercises.  Time to get ready for the spring and summer of golf and triathlons.  I have been very consistant with my supplement protocols.
