In my quest for knowledge and experince, I have thrown myself into a 6 month transformation/eduction program. Basically, I will be following a strict eating and exercise plan that will help me not only improve my own physique but also help my clients learn to transform themselves. I like having fitness goals, without them…I have no direction. I recommend that everyone write out their goals, not just fitness goals but life goals too! Don’t be a hamster in a wheel your whole life, be that cool head bobbing hamster in the little red sports car!
